Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their enrolment to a class and be fully refunded on all course fees, provided written notification is given to New Horizons Toronto more than ten (10) business days before class start date.
If clients choose to cancel their enrolment giving notice to New Horizons Toronto less than ten (10) business days prior to their class start date, or if clients don’t show up to their class, they will be charged 100% of the total amount due.
Clients may re-schedule their enrolment to a class to an alternative date and incur no additional charges, provided written notification is given to New Horizons Toronto more than ten (10) business days before original class start date.
To avoid penalties, please send a written notification, with enough notice, to New Horizons Toronto. (Note can be sent to your Account Executive or to
training@newhorizons.ca).
